1940 18' Chris Craft Deluxe ***Pre World War 2**

This is not the utility version.  Extreme Rare Model with tons of paperwork; receipts, build documents and current marine survey (2 Large Binders Full). Owned by a master carpenter and craftsman who has worked on many Chris Craft boats from the Tahoe & Lake Arrowhead area.  This craft was selected by him to enjoy as a retirement project.  Unfortunately a back injury prevents even the most basic task and his estate is being sold to finance a move.  Original and pristine for is age, it is a perfect candidate to enjoy as is or restore to a show piece envied by collectors.  Please refer to the Marine Survey for condition report.
